Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. He serves as a pastoral director with the Acts 29 Network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne is passionate about training the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of many online articles and is also a contributing writer to Christ-centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three kids along together with his wife Leslie.
